booking confirmation. There is no charge.
Online cancellation closes 24 hours before your appointment. If something comes up after that,
please call us on 0423 000 661 as soon as you know. If you let us know before your appointment, we
will not charge you.
If you do not attend and we have not heard from you, you will be charged the full price of the service
booked. Your barber has held that time for you and cannot offer it to someone else.
We understand that emergencies happen. If something unexpected has come up, get in touch with us
and we will always do our best to be fair.
